Odorless liquid MCT oil
Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are naturally occurring fats found in coconut and palm oil. They are lighter and quicker to digest than other types of fat. MCTs are easily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and metabolized very quickly by the liver, where they are thought to encourage the use of fat for storage rather than energy.

Medium chain triglycerides of fatty acids (MCT).

AMOUNT PER DAILY PORTION (7.5 ml):
Calories - 50 kcal
Total fat content - 7 g
- including saturated fatty acids - 7 g
MCT Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides) (Coconut Oil/Palm Kernel Oil) [50% Caprylic Acid (C8) and 30% Capric Acid (C10)] - 7g

NET WEIGHT: 473 ml

APPLICATION
1/2 tbsp (7.5 ml) daily.
MCT oil can also be used as a replacement for traditional oils in salad dressings, sauces, or in cooking as a source of beneficial fatty acids. Not recommended for frying at low boiling points.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
For adults only. MCT oil can cause gastroenterological problems. To reduce these effects, eat the product with a meal.

Store in a dry and cool place out of the reach of small children.
