Folian Quatrefolic® (active, reduced folic acid)
Folate, i.e., levomefolic acid (5-MTHF), is the active form of Vitamin B9. Unlike the popular synthetic pteroylmonoglutamic acid, folate does not need to be converted in the liver and enters the bloodstream directly.

P-5-P (coenzymatic Vitamin B6)
P-5-P, i.e., Pyridoxal phosphate is a biologically active form of Vitamin B6. Other types of Vitamin B6 (including the most popular pyridoxine hydrochloride) are enzymatically converted in the liver into pyridoxal phosphate. P-5-P does not need to undergo this conversion.

Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin)
Vitamin B12 is a complex organic chemical compound that contains cobalt in its structure and is therefore also called cobalamin. The vitamin B12 contained in the preparation is methylcobalamin. This form of the vitamin (unlike cyanocobalamin) does not need to be converted in the human body.
