Selenium is an element that belongs to the essential micronutrients that must be supplied to the body through food. Natural sources of selenium are: nuts (Brazil nuts), seeds (sunflower seeds), meat, eggs, fish, seafood, and sprouts. A very good source of selenium with high bioavailability is brewer's yeast, provided it is inactivated. An important role in the bioavailability of selenium is played by its chemical form; it occurs in both organic and inorganic forms. L-Selenomethionine is the organic form of selenium that has high bioavailability.

The preparation contains selenium in the form of L-selenomethionine, which is obtained from inactivated yeast.

Properties of selenium:

• influences the smooth functioning of the immune system and thyroid,
• helps protect cells from oxidative stress,
• contributes to the proper course of superthermogenesis,
• helps maintain healthy hair and nails.

Ingredients: Inulin (chicory root), selenium (inactivated, selenium-enriched yeast, L-selenomethionine), gelatin (capsule shell).

The formulation also contains inulin from chicory root, which acts as a natural stabilizer in the capsule. Inulin is classified as a prebiotic.

The dietary supplement contains no unnecessary: fillers, adsorbents, binders, preservatives, coating agents, lubricants.
