Pantothenic acid helps maintain proper energy metabolism, the synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D, and some neurotransmitters. Contributes to maintaining mental fitness.

Pantothenic acid (from the Greek word "panthos," meaning "everywhere") is commonly found in plant and animal products. It is a water-soluble vitamin. Cooking only inactivates a small portion of it in food.

Role in the body:

• is part of Coenzyme A (CoA), which is involved in the release of energy from food,
• is involved in the synthesis of vitamin D, cholesterol, fatty acids, erythrocytes (heme), some hormones and neurotransmitters
• participates in the regeneration of skin cells and mucous membranes,
• participates in the production of antibodies,
• pantothenic acid delays the body's aging process, prevents hair graying, restores its natural color,
• alleviates stress and constipation,
• pregnant and breastfeeding women, smokers, alcoholics, undernourished individuals, and patients with chronic, debilitating diseases, people exposed to chronic stress and excessive physical exertion

Pantothenic acid is common. Furthermore, it is synthesized in most foods by microorganisms living in our digestive tract, making it difficult to cause a deficiency. In studies on volunteers given a highly modified diet containing no pantothenic acid and where this acid was excreted from the body using special means, symptoms of avitaminosis were observed only after 6-9 months:
Dysfunction of the cardiovascular system, including:

• increased heart rate,
• skin changes,
• fatigue,
• disorders,
• excessive irritability,
• anxiety,
• headaches,
• nausea,
• poor wound healing,
• sensitivity disorders in arms and legs, burning feet,

Usage:
1 capsule per day, preferably with a meal.
