Natures Aid Evening Primrose Oil is a natural source of Omega 6, an essential unsaturated fatty acid (GLA). Each capsule is guaranteed to contain 8%-10% GLA.
Evening primrose oil capsule "Natures Aid Evening" contains 1000 mg of pure, cold-pressed evening primrose oil. Cold pressing ensures that none of the valuable components of the oil are destroyed during processing.
Omega-6 fatty acids support the functioning of the brain and nervous system. GLA deficiency greatly accelerates the skin's aging process. Omega-6 fatty acids support the treatment of neurodermatitis, asthma, eye diseases and cardiovascular diseases.

Dosage: Take 1-2 capsules daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
