Evening primrose oil is obtained from evening primrose seeds using a cold-press process. It is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats, including polyunsaturated fats such as omega-6 and in particular linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). This dietary supplement is an ideal complement to the diet containing omega-6 fatty acids. The linoleic acid (LA) contained in the product helps to maintain the correct level of cholesterol in the blood. The product contains high levels of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and naturally occurring vitamin E. Vitamin is a powerful antioxidant that reduces free radicals in the body and has a protective effect on the body's cells.
The human body is unable to produce it on its own, however, omega-6 fatty acids are essential for its proper functioning. It is therefore worth taking the right amount of it with food or choosing the right supplement. It is found naturally in olive oil, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, evening primrose, almonds and avocado. Omega acids are part of cell membranes and form a protective barrier against the development of inflammation. They support the work of the immune and nervous systems. They are involved in the work of the digestive system, kidneys and heart.
INGREDIENTS
Cold-pressed evening primrose oil contains: 85% linoleic acid (LA), 9% GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), capsule shell: bovine gelatine, binding agent: glycerin, water.

Amount per daily dose (1 capsule):
Cold Pressed Evening Primrose Oil - 1000 mg
From that:
-9% Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) - 90 mg
- 85% Linoleic Acid (LA) - 850 mg
- natural source of vitamin E - 22.5 mg / 30.5 IU (* 187.5%)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 to 2 capsules daily with water
