Stinkroot (Latin: Cimicifuga Racemosa) 100%.

Preparation and storage:
Recommended daily dose: decoction with 1/2 teaspoon (0.105 g) portions per day. Pour 1/2 teaspoon (0.105 g) of crushed root with a glass of water (200 ml), simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool and drink 2-3 tablespoons of the decoction 5-6 times a day. For best results, the product should be taken systematically.
