USE
It is recommended to consume 7 grams (two teaspoons) twice a day about 30 minutes before a meal. Pour into a glass and top up with lukewarm water, wait 5 minutes. When using natural fibers, it is recommended to drink about 2 liters of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body.
