Ingredients: Hydrolysate from bovine collagen, hydrolysate from collagen
fish collagen from cod (Gadus morhua), sodium L-ascorbate (vitamin C), salt of
disodium salt of uridine-5'-monophosphate, cytidine-5'-monophosphate, disodium salt of
inosine-5'-monophosphate, guanosine-5'-monophosphate disodium salt,
adenosine-5'-monophosphate.

Recommended daily dose: Contents of 1 sachet per day. Add the entire
contents of the sachet to a meal or drink. Mix thoroughly and
consume.
