• Vitamin E: 6 mg
• Omega-3 fatty acids, including:
• EPA: 480 mg

• DHA: 720 mg

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
It is recommended to take 2 x 3 capsules daily, preferably with or after a meal. One daily portion provides 1,500 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 480 mg are EPA and 720 mg are DHA.
