OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS FROM FISH (OMEGA ME) 60 CAPSULES - HEALTH LABS

Supplement with Omega-3 fatty acids from Omega Me fish from Health Labs containing 500 mg Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and 250 mg DHA, which is the recommended daily dose, contained in one capsule. DHA, EPA and ALA are essential unsaturated fatty acids (EFAs) Omega-3. ALA acid, which we consume with food, can be converted to a small extent into EPA and DHA in the biosynthesis process, but this is not sufficient. The main source of Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are fatty fish such as anchovies, mackerel, tuna, salmon, herring, seafood and algae, so it is worth consuming them every day, but it is not always possible. EPA fatty acids contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes among others: to the proper functioning of the brain and supports vision. The product is free from contaminants, colorants, preservatives and unnecessary fillers, as confirmed by independent tests from the accredited laboratory JS Hamilton Poland.

CONFIRMED INGREDIENTS
Anchovy oil (from fish), fish gelatin, humectant: glycerin, water, natural citrus flavor, antioxidants: a mixture of tocopherols and rosemary extracts.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
In a tightly closed container at room temperature of 15–25 °C, in a dry place, out of reach of small children. Protect from moisture and light. Should be consumed within 6 months of opening the packaging.
