INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Twice daily, take 2 portions from the dispenser directly into the mouth. Hold in the mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Take the product on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before a meal. Use within 30 days after opening.
