Reishi is a mushroom also known as Ling Shi. The Chinese name Ling Zhi means magic plant or plant of immortality.
This mushroom is grown on solid wood and has a growth period of two to three months. The next step is to transplant them into the ground and mature there. Only the hat, which in the case of the NatVita product was ground, is used for production.
Reishi is rich in polysaccharides that have a strengthening effect on the body. They also contain fiber, which has a positive effect on the digestive system.
