The juice is rich in natural, fruity vitamin C, which comes exclusively from pressed fruit. 100 ml of juice contains up to 450 mg of it. Due to the content of other naturally occurring substances, such as beta-carotene and bioflavonoids, fruit vitamin C is much better absorbed than synthetic.
