Organic kidney beans (kidney shaped) are legumes. The beans get their name from the kidney shape of the seeds. It is an excellent source of fiber and plant-based protein. APPLICATION
Beans that have been soaked and rinsed for at least 12 hours should be boiled in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Do not salt the beans until the end of cooking.
