Depending on the APPLICATION , add the appropriate amount of red clay to the bowl. Do not use metal objects to mix.
Apply a thick layer to the face and leave to dry for about 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and apply lotion.
Add a few drops of argan oil if you have dry skin.

body wrap

Prepare a few tablespoons of red clay and mix with hot water until you get a thick creamy mass.
Apply the prepared mask to the whole body or selected parts. Wrap everything in foil and leave it on for 30-60 minutes. Wash in the shower without soap.

To The tub should be filled with half a glass of red clay and relax. You can add your favorite essential oils or herbal teas, such as chamomile or sage. Massage in the lotion after bathing.
