YÖMleko SOUR CREAM is made using thermostatic technology. This means it is prepared from fresh cream and matures directly in the jar. Our SOUR CREAM is exceptional: it has a delicate consistency, yet is thick and not sour. It is excellent as a standalone dish, as well as a dressing for salads.
