BI-fermentation. The extractors of Vitamin C from sauerkraut are potatoes and fungi of the
Micrococcus luteus family. Their task is to break down the cabbage into a form of sorbitol

Ingredients: one serving (1g - half a scoop of vit c. scoop included
in the package), Vitamin C - 1000mg

Recommended intake/use: Once daily 0.5 measuring spoon in water or
juice, add 0.5 measuring spoon of Vitamin C. Mix well. Preferably drink half an hour
before meals.
