Black seed, known as black cumin, has been around for centuries. In ancient Egypt it was called "the gold of the pharaohs". With good reason – it helps the body fight many ailments and improves the appearance of the skin. Black cumin seeds have a sweet and pungent taste and smell that cannot be confused with anything. To make them stand out, it is enough to toast the seeds. Black cumin seeds can be used to replace traditional pepper. As a spice, it is therefore suitable for soups and salads. It is also made into infusions and tinctures.
Black seed is recommended for allergy sufferers and people with weak immunity. It contains thymoquinone - a substance with a special effect that naturally supports the immune system. Black seed contains compounds that positively affect hemoglobin and erythrocyte levels, facilitating recovery. Its effect is not only noticeable, but also noticeable. Consuming black cumin seeds improves the condition of the skin. The oil acts as an antioxidant that stabilizes and protects unsaturated fatty acids and phospholipids, which are part of cell membranes that are damaged by free radicals. The oil consists mainly of fatty acids (85%), including linoleic, eicosadienoic, palmitic and myristic acids. The product is non-GMO.
