Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) is a climbing plant that grows wild in jungles throughout India, Nepal and Sri Lanka. It is known to positively affect the female reproductive system – nourishing it and regulating hormonal imbalances.

Shatavari, literally translated from Sanskrit, means “You, the hundred
husbands has. " Considered to be the best herb for maintaining balance in the female and endocrine systems. Its healing properties were first mentioned in the Rigveda and date back to 4500–1600 BC. Has been used to promote women's health for hundreds of years.

Effect: Regulates hormone levels. Increases production of estrogen. Supports natural fertility. Supports the female organs in protecting the fetus in the early and early stages of pregnancy. Effective tonic after childbirth. Increases lactation at
