CONTRAINDICATIONS:

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women, people who are ill or taking medication should consult a doctor before using this product.

People taking more than 2000 IU/day of vitamin D (from food and supplements) should regularly check their 25-hydroxy-vitamin D serum levels. Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended for people with high blood calcium levels.
