DESCRIPTION
Primavika's vegetarian lard goes perfectly with fresh bread and pickles.
It can also be used as lard, e.g. as a butter substitute or as a garnish for new potatoes or dumplings.
One of its main components is rapeseed oil, which is characterized by a high content of essential unsaturated fatty acids. On the other hand, the onion contains a valuable antioxidant, namely quercetin.
Its action consists in neutralizing free radicals, the excess of which promotes the formation of, among others:
The lard also contains B vitamins, vitamin E and vitamin C, which is especially useful in autumn and winter.
