Vera Nord Natural Fir Fir Essential Oil 10 ml

For beauty: Improves microcirculation, strengthens blood vessels, has antiseptic and disinfectant effects, improves skin condition, enhances the overall appearance of the skin, relaxes, refreshes, revitalizes, acts as a deodorant, acts as a tonic, excellent skin care.

For health: Recommended for flu, cold, bronchitis, runny nose, asthma, sinusitis, cough, low blood pressure, psoriasis, scabies, eases breathing and cleanses the sinuses, regulates excessive sweating and stimulates poor blood circulation, eliminates fatigue and nervous exhaustion.

APPLICATION:
Bath - fill the bath with warm water and add essential oils (previously mixed with carrier oil). For a bath, 6-12 drops of oil are used in a tablespoon (10 ml) of carrier oil.
Massage - selected essential oils are added to the carrier oil for massage. Pour about 50 ml of carrier oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil and mix. Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place. Shake the bottle before each use. Usually, 2-3 drops of essential oil are added per teaspoon (5 ml) of carrier oil.
Spray - fill a water container in an aroma burner or diffuser with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.
Sauna - add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.
