VERA NORD LEMON AND PEPPERMINT OIL 10 ML

Suitable for: Catarrh, cold, flu, bronchitis, lowers blood pressure, nervous tension, arthritis, varicose veins, asthma, cellulite, improves mental performance.

Use of the oils
- for room fragrance - fill a water container in an aroma fireplace with water and add 3 to 6 drops of the oil.
- for baths - 5 to 10 drops of the oil per water bath, add the oil to a bath filled with water
- for saunas - 5 drops of the oil per 1 liter of water

Contraindications
- the oils should not be used by pregnant women and children
- protect your eyes from direct contact with the oil
- do not use the oil internally (do not drink!)
- if the oil is ingested, contact your doctor immediately
- do not use the oils undiluted directly on the skin
- do not use the oil if you are allergic to oils
- citrus oils increase sensitivity to the sun, therefore avoid the sun and the light from UV lamps.

Storage of the oils
- store in dark, tightly closed bottles
- store in a cool place
- keep out of reach of children
- some oils react with plastic
