Vitamin A - Scientific evidence points to a role for vitamin A as an anti-cancer agent. Vitamin A deficiency can therefore cause fetal malformations, difficulties in the development and growth process, and hypersensitivity to infections. Retinol is found primarily in animal foods, liver, cheese, butter, eggs and milk. Carotenoids are found in vegetables, especially in orange, yellow and red fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, carrots, apricots, watermelons and blueberries. Most of the vitamin A is lost during the cooking process.

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps maintain cell integrity. It oxidizes and decomposes easily under the influence of light and heat, e.g. B. during the cooking process and the refining process of vegetable oil. It is mainly found in oily fruits such as olives, wheat germ and seeds. Vitamin E deficiency, mostly associated with malnutrition, leads to general malnutrition disorders, including disorders of the nervous system and general metabolism.

Vitamin D is a regulator of calcium metabolism and thus also promotes proper bone mineralization. Most vitamin D is synthesized by the body when exposed to sunlight, starting with the cholesterol derivatives present in the skin. Vitamin D deficiency puts children at risk of rickets, which leads to bone deformity and growth retardation, and osteomalacia in adults, an intense form of bone decalcification

Vitamin K plays a very important role in blood clotting. A deficiency, which rarely occurs as a result of diseases that prevent intestinal absorption or prolonged use of antibiotics, leads to bleeding. The sources of vitamin K are vegetables, especially kale, spinach and liver.

APPLICATION :

Take 1 capsule with water. Apply once a day.
