In 1920, a study was published showing that eating the livers of bled dogs significantly accelerated their recovery. Later studies found that there is another compound in the liver besides iron that reduces the symptoms of anemia. It was all about vitamin B12.

DESCRIPTION :

In nature, vitamin B12 is mainly found in animal products. This vitamin is present in trace amounts in plants, so people on a vegetarian or vegan diet are at risk of its deficiency.

Vitamin B12 is essential for the proper functioning of the nervous, digestive and hematopoietic systems. It plays an important role in the conversion of proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
