Riboflavin is necessary for the release of cortisol, an anti-inflammatory hormone. The most important role of vitamin B2 in the body is its participation in oxidation and reduction processes. This vitamin is also involved in the formation of enzymes that activate the process, as well as hormones and hemoglobin. It is involved in the production of tissue hormones that act locally but regulate processes important for the whole body, including blood pressure, muscle spasms and heartbeat.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Take 1 capsule daily. Wash off with water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.
