DESCRIPTION :
Psyllium plantain, Mediterranean plantain - a species of annual plant from the goblin family.
It comes from the Mediterranean region.

INGREDIENTS

Psyllium plantain.
Use:
 Put 2-3 teaspoons of seeds in a glass, fill up with lukewarm water and mix. After waiting about 5 minutes, drink it. Use 3 times a day, about 20 minutes before meals. You should drink more water (at least 2 liters per day) while taking psyllium. You can also use them as an addition to salads, salads, soups, yogurts, baked goods, desserts, spreads, muesli and other dishes.
