DESCRIPTION

The white organic Jaś beans are especially known as the main ingredient of the popular "Bohnen po bretońsku" on Polish tables. They are excellent for soups, stews, pastes and pâtés, as well as for salads. They are an excellent source of fiber and plant-based protein.

METHOD OF PREPARATION

The beans, previously soaked and rinsed for at least 12 hours, are cooked soft in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Salt the beans only at the end of the cooking process.
