INGREDIENTS

Dried and ground cistus herb 100%


PREPARATION
PREPARATION method: 1 teaspoon
Pour a cup of boiling water over Purse Herb, leave to stand for about 10 minutes, cover and strain. Drink in small sips for about 2 hours, best
in the evening. You can add honey and lemon.


Recommended daily dose: One teaspoon of cistus herb per day.
The best results are obtained when herbal herbs are drunk systematically.
