Purpose of use:
The product complements the daily diet. Lemon Balm and relieves anxiety, irritability and mental tension, helps to fall asleep.
Hops have a calming effect on the nervous system and are helpful for people with difficulty falling asleep.

Use:
It is recommended to take 2 tablets. Rinse with liquid twice a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product. Taking excessive amounts can have a laxative effect.
