INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Citric acid is a food acid found in many natural foods. You can use it to reduce spoilage during germination by adding 1 teaspoon to 1/4 cup of water.
Citric acid is also useful for preserving, drying, or freezing foods. It can be used to preserve vitamin C levels, delay spoilage and prevent discoloration. Use 1 teaspoon in 1/4 cup water or juice.
