Ingredients for gluten-free pizza dough
To make gluten-free pizza dough , you only need a few simple ingredients:

- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 200 ml warm water
Preparing gluten-free pizza dough – step by step
-
Activate yeast
Mix yeast, sugar, and about 50 ml of warm water in a bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes until it begins to foam. -
Mix ingredients
Combine flour, salt, yeast mix, remaining water, and olive oil in a large bowl. Knead the dough for a few minutes; it should be smooth and slightly sticky. -
Set aside to rise.
Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes, until the dough has doubled in size. -
Shape the dough
Carefully roll or stretch the risen dough into a pizza-shaped loaf. Place it on parchment paper or a greased baking sheet. -
Add your favorite toppings.
Spread it with tomato sauce, add vegetables , vegan cheese or classic mozzarella – whatever you like. -
Bake at high temperature.
Place the pizza in the oven preheated to 220–230°C and bake for about 12–15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
Tips and tricks:
- For better dough elasticity, you can add 1 tablespoon of psyllium husks – they bind the ingredients in gluten-free baked goods optimally.
- It is best to knead gluten-free dough with wet hands or use hand oil.
- Experiment with different types of flour: rice , chickpeas , tapioca – you can find them all in our shop!
