Moringa - the tree of life, which has been used in Ayurveda for thousands of years
Moringa is a tropical tree in the Moringa family. It grows in northwest India and Pakistan, as well as in several other Asian countries, Africa, and South America. It reaches a height of 10 m. Moringa has a horseradish flavor, which is why it is sometimes called the horseradish tree. However, it is more commonly referred to as the miracle tree or the tree of longevity.

It is also a rich source of boron, which is essential for proper brain function; chromium, which helps combat stress; and manganese, which is responsible for bone and joint health.
