• at least 6 tablespoons of sugar
• Argan, almond or olive oil

Adzuki beans contain a lot of zinc, which is why scrubbing with them is recommended for people with blemish-prone skin. It helps smooth and brighten it.

Salt scrub for the body

• coarse sea salt or pink Himalayan salt about 0.5 cup
• Juice of half a lemon
• 2 tbsp olive oil or argan oil

After thoroughly mixing the ingredients, apply the finished scrub to cleansed, moistened skin and begin massaging. Rinse everything off. This scrub has emollient properties and is especially recommended for the skin of the feet, knees, and elbows.
