Vitamin D is extremely important for the functioning of the human body. According to expert recommendations, adults up to the age of 65 should take 1 capsule daily in September-April. People over 65, Black Adults or Night Workers - 1 capsule daily, year round. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Natural sources of vitamin D can increase levels, but are considered ineffective for maintaining expert-recommended levels year-round. INGREDIENTS

Vitamin D, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose. Coating agent: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, maltodextrin, bulking agent: ethyl cellulose, release agent: magnesium salts of (vegetable) fatty acids.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 capsule daily.
Best taken with a meal or as directed.
