Treffen Sie das Unkraut mit heilenden Eigenschaften - Welche Eigenschaften hat Brennnessel?

Nettle is usually associated with negative connotations. It's not a pretty plant, and touching it is associated with a painful burning sensation. Although nettle isn't harmful, no one likes to get burned. However, nettle has two faces: on the one hand, it's an unwanted weed, and on the other, it's very valuable and versatile.

An infusion is prepared from it, which is used for both medicinal and cosmetic purposes. It has been known for centuries. Its properties were valued by the Vikings and found a place in their myths. The most famous Tibetan monk, Milarepa, who lived in the 11th century, is said to have eaten only this herb during his meditations. Even though the plant is often considered undesirable today, its true and valuable properties cannot be ignored.

Nettle can be a very important element in the treatment of kidney stones because of its diuretic properties. This means it supports the elimination of harmful substances from the body, such as uric acid deposits. Furthermore, nettle prevents fluid retention in the body.

The plant has become an integral part of natural medicine, where it is frequently used. Its properties are used, for example, in cases of low urine output, known as oliguria.
