What should we drink if we want our metabolism to function properly? Today we'll try to answer the above questions and take a closer look at what this amazing beverage offers us.

Black tea

It's the most popular type of tea, although it's primarily associated with its flavor qualities—the aroma of this type of infusion is strong and intense, and the taste is rather bitter. Nevertheless, served in its natural form, black tea has a bactericidal effect , which is why it's often used to combat mild food poisoning. We also know its combination with honey and lemon, which we consume mainly during colds . In addition, this drink warms the body, thereby strengthening its immunity .

green tea

Antibacterial properties are also characteristic (or rather, primarily!) of green tea , which is often used as a safe means of cleansing the body of toxins . It also has a beneficial effect on digestion, improves circulation, and is also soothing . This infusion is extremely rich in various minerals and vitamins (including iron, zinc, calcium, and potassium), and by consuming it, we can influence the proper functioning of our eyesight, bone strength, and the good condition of our teeth .

White tea

White tea is often used as a healthier alternative to coffee because of its powerful stimulating effect . Drinking it provides our bodies with a powerful dose of energy that lasts a bit longer than the traditional caffeine shot. What else? A lot! It prevents premature skin aging, improves circulation, has a cleansing effect, and improves concentration .

red tea

This infusion also helps cleanse the body of toxins and has a positive effect on the digestive system , especially the liver. It has a tonic effect and is considered by many to be a natural, highly effective dietary supplement— red tea promotes the burning of unnecessary fat and weight loss .
