Amino acids in tablets or liquid?

Dietary supplements available on the market that contain amino acids come in the form of easy-to-swallow capsules and powders, intended to be combined with water and juices. Normally, liquid supplements - like glutamine - are recommended for people who are building muscle mass through rigorous exercise. However, it is a little more convenient and faster to take tablets or capsules.
