INGREDIENTS
Water, concentrated aronia and apple juices, extracts from: bacopa herb, green tea leaves, L-theanine, extracts from: ginseng roots, ginkgo biloba leaves, acerola fruit standardized to 25% vitamin C content, antioxidant substance: D-alpha -Tocopherol (vitamin E).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake before use. Consume 2 teaspoons (10ml) once daily or 1 teaspoon (5ml) twice daily after a meal. The tincture can be added to water or tea. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (10 ml). The presence of sediment indicates the presence of natural ingredients and does not constitute a product defect.

RECOMMENDED DAILY CONSUMPTION
Recommended daily consumption within the day - 10 ml (two teaspoons). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use in case of: diseases related to high blood pressure, hypercortisolemia, while taking steroids and MAO inhibitors, during pregnancy or lactation. Coffee and tea consumption should be limited while taking ginseng preparations. Do not give to children under 12 years of age. Pregnant and lactating women should consult a doctor before USE.
